It felt good to read that Germany, Australia, India is going ahead in changing the atmosphere for the LGBT community in the countries. The corporate world is leading from the front and giving them options to find a safe and healthy environment to work in and grow. Governments are improving their old time laws.

What is more there are even perks for their partner. This is relatively good times for the lesbians and gays to be living in the developed countries like USA, Canada, UK and the developing countries like India among others, things are improving at even a faster pace.

TWO THINGS THAT MATTER TO THE GAYS

Two of the most important things in the life of a gay male and lesbian female are having a lively work environment and a partner to share the ups and downs in life. This goes for the straight people as well but then there are so many things that can be only felt and experienced if you are belong to a silent minority that faces discrimination, taunts and what not at every step and turn of life. If becomes hard to continue with the daily life amongst such behaviour from our fellow beings.

ESSENTIAL TO RIDE THIS TIDE

Just like it is essential for the gays and lesbians to come out of the closet, so it is important for them to find a partner to take on the everyday things in life and take the world head on. To be able to go out on trips and dates is also necessary to understand that this life is to be lived to the fullest as well.

USE BOTH GAY NETWORKING & DATING

Networking can only help you out from a distance, while finding a partner through dating can help you to find a true companion, and this is why I would again lay emphasis on the usage of gay sites for dating to live a complete life. It is possible that the LGBT scene in many countries will get major uplifts in the coming years.

Many tier 1 cities are doing good, change should now reach the tier 2 cities as well. It is a good start finally.
